Creating balance in our lives is an important part of wellness and wellness comes from instituting self-care.
Whilst many of us know the fact that we need self-care to feel good about ourselves, the question is ‘what’s stops us (from self-care)?’
That is worth unpacking. If it was so easy to prioritise self-care, why is it so hard for people to do it?
Well, it is getting beyond the pre-contemplative stage that is the issue. And this is exactly where this programme fits in.
This one-to-one program will help you to uncover the narrative that you tell yourself preventing you from and the habits that you need to have to start caring for your own wellness. You will be able to create a clearer picture of what daily practices you need to have in order to have better well-being and clear away the clutter to bring you closer to living happier and fulfilled.
This programme includes a full personal audit, a custom Workbook to capture your personal Wellness Improvement Plan, and reusable resources to help continue implementing all the practices covered.
The programme will be led by our Director who has completely redefined his life in his 50’s.
